Corporate services

Incorporation of companies

We take care of the process of incorporating a company from beginning to end. The service includes finding a name for the new company, and any notarial process and all the paperwork necessary for the Revenue Service, the Ministry of Economy, the Public Registry of Commerce, the Register of Importers, Social Security, INFONAVIT, State Records and, if required, the Public Mining Registry. All these records are necessary for a company to start operations in compliance with the regulations requested by the Mexican government.

National Registry of Foreign Investment

We process the registration in the National Registry of Foreign Investment and we handle the compilation of quarterly and annual reports for companies that deal with foreign capital.

Hosting services

We offer the service of tax, legal and business address. The purpose of this service is to ease the administrative burden for the customer and allow them to be always reachable for the reception of documents.

Tax consultancy

We offer fiscal advice for the proper fulfillment of tax obligations. We are certified for the preparation of tax and Social Security reports. We also offer assessment for audits sent by the tax authority; we also offer advice in the process of tax returns and federal tax compensations.

Administrative and accounting services

We handle the production of accounting books, financial statements, calculation and presentation of monthly and annual taxes. We have the appropriate software for processing electronic accounting, inventories, accounts payable, accounts receivable and banks.

Treasury Management Service

Payment processing and weekly reports addressed to the finance department with detailed information on banking activity and account balancing. Communication with customers and suppliers to request invoices, shipping notices or receipts of payments.

Immigration procedures

We advise on immigration procedures related to work permits, temporary or permanent residence documentation and registration of businesses before immigration authorities.

Mining

Compliance with Mining Law regulations

We prepare the paperwork needed to apply for new mining concessions, waivers, reductions, groupings, review of records at the DGM in Mexico City. We handle calculation of semiannual taxes and the processing of the payments for rights, and the development of technical and statistical annual reports in accord with the regulations of Mexico’s Mining Law.
